It has been a challenge for architects to change the rules for designing all sorts of buildings and public spaces, and one of the things are the small spaces to live in while we are in pandemic. Homes must include study rooms for online meetings and to separate mentality of work from home. Also, the food processing has changed, one should plant in homes for more healthy and clean harvest. Furthermore, the need of awareness for renewable and recycling. Using solar panels and recycling grey water for planting.

Our physiological concept is inspired form the Star Anise. Star Anise used in ingredient of medicine e.g. (TAMIFLU) that reduce the effect of covid-19 in the body. Taking one Petal of the Star Anise for designing the unit of the townhouses, considering the angle formed of the petal which reflect to the design of the unit.

The global food industry is searching for a more sustainable and accessible system for producing healthy food, particularly fresh fruit and vegetables. Techniques such as hydroponics and vertical farming may provide the solution by maximizing overall output and minimizing the use of space, soil, and other resources. Hydroponics is the growing of plants in a liquid nutrient solution with or without the use of artificial media.  Commonly used media include expanded clay pellets, peat coir, perlite, vermiculite..  Hydroponics is a viable method of producing vegetables, leafy vegetables and other crops.
